Responsibilities:
Create welcoming environment and build genuine relationships Answer phones, complete program registrations, membership sales and proficiently perform all membership functions in the membership software system. Using good listening skills, deliver member-focused tours to potential new members and provide excellent service to active members. Strong organizational, computer, communication and interpersonal skills desired. The ability and willingness to learn, multi-task with good problem solving skills, along with excellent customer service/sales skills are essential.
