Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales by engaging with potential members, understanding their needs, and offering tailored membership solutions that align with their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential members through various channels (phone, email, social media, in-person) Conduct tours to showcase the benefits and features of our memberships Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members Understand and effectively communicate the value of membership packages, including pricing, benefits, and terms Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company Handle membership inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system Develop and implement sales strategies Operate as a Manager on
Duty Requirements:
A 4 year degree is desired, but not required Flexible schedule Computer and digital marketing skills Physically able to move around all day, this is not solely a desk job Self-motivation and drive Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
