Membership Sales Representative - North Andover, MA Club Pilates, a national leader in the fitness industry, is looking to expand their team in North Andover, MA. We are seeking qualified Membership Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and delivering service excellence to expand our members!

POSITION

The purpose of the Membership Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by inviting prospective members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Membership Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach to prospective and current members via phone, text, and email. Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's goals and needs. Participate in special events to promote the club Responsible for developing selling skills by participating in training Inventory items for retail using our retail management system Take pictures for social media platforms Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
