MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR

Role:
Responsible for all aspects of inside membership sales including generating new membership leads, setting and confirming appointments, conducting center tours, presenting rates and following-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee sales, including but not limited to: Membership, Parisi Speed School, and Wellness Connection. Develops relationships with new and existing members in order to ensure the success of individual and team sales goals. Personal tracking of daily and weekly sales statistics. Participates in weekly individual and team meetings. Develops individual plan to reach weekly and monthly sales goals. Continually trains and studies different styles of the sales approach and objection handling. Enters new and prospective members into club management software and the F2F member software. Creates a line of communication with new members to ensure the success of LifeBridge's retention program. Creates and submits new member folders. Completes new member client file forms with new or existing members and customers. Works actively to engage all new members into Face2Face new member integration program. Achieve weekly and monthly production goals. Meet or exceed sales goal monthly
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of experience
