Job Description

Membership Sales Ambassador Thrive Yoga | Rockville, MD Thrive Yoga is seeking a motivated, results-driven Membership Sales Ambassador to help fuel our continued growth by converting leads into members, enrolling students into programs, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a deep interest in Yoga, and has a proven record of achieving measurable goals. Success in this role is directly tied to meeting and exceeding monthly membership sales and enrollment targets.
Schedule Sundays:
7:30 AM•1:30
PM Mondays:
4:30 PM•9:00
PM Wednesdays:
9:00 AM•1:30
PM Fridays:
5:30 PM•9:00 PM Additional special events and select holidays as needed Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales, class package sales, and enrollment in workshops, teacher trainings, and specialty programs Meet or exceed monthly sales, enrollment, and conversion goals Consistently follow up with new leads, trial students, inactive members, and prospective clients Conduct studio tours and consultations to help clients choose the best membership or program for their needs Maintain accurate sales activity and lead tracking in Mindbody and LoyalSnap Monitor personal sales performance and proactively manage your pipeline Support marketing initiatives through community outreach, referral generation, and review requests Contribute to member retention through strong relationship-building and customer service Success in the First 30 Days Learn Thrive's offerings, pricing structure, and client journey Master the studio's sales process and consultation approach Confidently conduct tours, consultations, and enrollment conversations Consistently execute lead follow-up and nurturing activities Demonstrate ability to achieve established conversion benchmarks and program enrollment goals Requirements Previous membership or wellness-based sales experience required Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear accountability Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based sales preferred Experience with Mindbody, CRM systems, or sales tracking tools is a plus Compensation Competitive base pay plus eligibility for commission and performance-based bonuses after 6 months of employment Opportunity to grow within a stable, values-driven business with a strong community reputation Complimentary Unlimited Yoga Membership and free event attendence Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is energized by sales, enjoys connecting with people, follows through consistently, and takes ownership of results. We are seeking a professional who is committed to driving studio growth and achieving monthly sales and enrollment goals. A comprehensive performance review will be given at the end of the initial 30-day probationary period.
