We are looking for motivated Lifestyle Consultants (Membership Services Sales) who will enjoy prospecting for new members and educating them about the benefits of joining Merritt Clubs! Thiis position is full-time and benefits eligible. Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the club monthly membership goals are exceeded Proactively develop a personal prospecting plan that will allow you to create and maintain a lead base of 300 prospects at all times Assisting in meeting club monthly retention goals Following daily sales book activities and have available all reports needed on a weekly and monthly basis Developing and working your own lead system in addition to what the company provides - utilize sales success binders and ABC database Attending all sales and club meetings, events and community outreach Qualified applicants will possess: one or more years of sales experience (preferably in the fitness/exercise industry), strong relationship building skills, ability to multi-task Compensation includes a base salary and an aggressive commission and bonus structure.
