Cosens Martial Arts is looking for a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Membership Sales Representative to join our team. This position is focused on helping prospective students and families understand our programs, guiding them through the enrollment process, and helping new students get started successfully. You do not need previous martial arts experience. We will train you on our programs, sales process, systems, and the knowledge you need to be successful. The Role Our Membership Sales Representatives are often the first person a prospective student or family interacts with. Your job is to understand what they are looking for, help them see how our programs can meet those goals, and confidently guide them toward getting started.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to prospective student inquiries Following up with leads through phone, text, and other communication channels Scheduling introductory appointments Conducting tours and consultations Learning and presenting our programs and membership options Asking questions to understand a student's goals and needs Helping prospective students and families make an informed enrollment decision Conducting enrollment conversations and closing memberships Following up with prospective students who have not yet enrolled Helping new students complete the onboarding process Maintaining accurate lead and sales records Participating in team meetings, training, and sales coaching Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized academy This is a sales position, so comfort with goals, follow-up, conversations, and asking for the sale is important. At the same time, we don't believe in treating people like numbers. Our sales process is built around understanding what a student needs and helping them find the right path forward. Compensation & Growth $18/hr during initial training Once training is completed and you begin selling memberships: $16/hr + commission $20

Training You do not need a background in martial arts or previous sales experience to apply.
