Member Advisor II TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Advisor II to join our team at our Brooklyn Branch . As a Member Advisor II, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Pay & Benefits Starting at $18.00/hour (or more depending on experience) In addition to competitive pay, full-time team members are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401(k), Pension, Tuition Reimbursement, Gym Reimbursement, Employer-Paid Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability Coverage, TRUE Cares Paid Family Leave, and Flexible Spending Accounts Schedule Approximately 40 hours per week, including: Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m. 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service to members Process transactions accurately and efficiently Open and maintain deposit accounts Assist members with consumer loan applications Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals Educate members about fraud prevention and account security Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution preferred. Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
