Job Description

Loan Officer To assist Farm Bureau Family Credit Union (FBFCU) members in a variety of roles, including the duties of lender, teller, and general member service. Assist members in a friendly, professional manner. Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude when faced with complex situations. Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies. Process and complete new account and loan applications following established policies and procedures without error. Develop knowledge of consumer loans and new account applications.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be bondable and have a credit report that demonstrates fiscal responsibility as defined by FBFCU policy.
Preferred:
Associate or bachelors degree preferred. Prior consumer lending, teller, and member/customer service experience preferred. PM19
