ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated fitness enthusiast to join our team and represent our brand with passion and dedication. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, and hardworking. This part-time position requires availability to work both weekdays and weekends. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, sales, and/or the fitness and health industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include: Communicating effectively with others Conducting gym tours Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym Membership sales Providing exceptional customer service Handling opening and closing Managing communications via phone, email, and text Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor Genuine and honest personality Weekday and weekend availability Savvy with technology Self-motivated and proactive Some experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness is preferred Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license OTHER Hourly + performance bonus opportunities 401k with employer contributions Paid time-off Part-time Opportunity for growth
