Job Description

Sales Representative - Roots Combat Club We're looking for an energetic, motivated salesperson who has a genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping people improve their lives.

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience with a proven ability to close. A strong interest in fitness, martial arts, or wellness. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals. Comfortable following up with leads, giving tours, and converting prospects into members.

Responsibilities:

Respond to new leads and inquiries. Give facility tours and explain membership options. Follow up with prospective members. Meet and exceed membership sales goals. Deliver an exceptional first impression of Roots Combat Club.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour Plus commission based on memberships sold (commission structure discussed during the interview). Opportunity for growth as the club continues to expand.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
