What You'll Do:

Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Educate clients on our massage services, wellness benefits, and membership options Confidently recommend and sell memberships that align with our clients' wellness goals Handle booking, scheduling, payments, and administrative duties with efficiency Support a clean, calm, and inviting front-of-house environment Be a key part of a supportive team focused on wellness and client satisfaction : Responsible for meeting the clinics goals and expectations

Who You Are:

Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment A great communicator who listens first and presents solutions with ease Goal-oriented, with a track record (or ambition) for meeting or exceeding sales targets Professional and composed in a client-facing role Organized and tech-savvy enough to handle scheduling and POS systems
