A Membership Sales Representative recruits and sells new memberships for organizations that rely on membership fees as a primary source of income, including industry and trade associations, service organizations, non-profit organizations and private clubs. May work within a specific territory for recruiting memberships.

through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best! You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience! The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident. We provide all onboarding details, but prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience. HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION
We are looking for you to host 1-2 classes per week - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends or lunch time (availability permitting). DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our 2 Charlotte locations. If availability and locations are accessible for you, there is potential to work at our 2 South Charlotte locations as well. Our Charlotte locations are near Uptown at Open Door Studios and off 77 and S Tryon at NC Dance District. Our two South Charlotte locations are in Downtown Pineville at Moxie Fitness Studio and in Fort Mill at ONE Dance Initiative at the intersection of 460 and 160. Compensation is $18 per hour + free dance classes! Commissions are paid out based on membership type or package sold.
