Maintain an organized environment while supervising membership sign-up processes. Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. Communicate effectively with members and staff, ensuring a positive experience. Demonstrate phone etiquette when responding to member inquiries or concerns. Assist in grocery store promotions and events as needed to drive membership engagement. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance member retention. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient cash handling processes. Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus.
