In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that creates memorable experiences for our members and guests. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming environment. Whether managing guest inquiries, coordinating events, or assisting with daily activities, you'll play a vital part in fostering a positive community atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, guest services, and member management while making a meaningful impact every day. Duties Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and ensuring guest satisfaction during activities or functions. Handle cash transactions accurately for food service, merchandise sales, or activity fees. Manage guest services by resolving conflicts professionally and efficiently, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. Work with children and families by facilitating engaging activities and ensuring a safe environment at all times. Open the club in the morning and prepare for the days events Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality preferred. Knowledge of events management and conflict management techniques. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking scenarios. Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to develop their skills in hospitality, event coordination, and guest relations within a dynamic environment!
