Job Description

Overview The Member Services Staff is responsible for providing exceptional service to club members and guests while supporting the daily operations of the golf facility. This position serves as an important first point of contact for members and guests and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable experience from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced golf club environment. The Member Services Staff works closely with the Golf Professional Staff, Outside Services, and other club departments to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner. Provide excellent customer service and anticipate member and guest needs. Assist members with golf-related questions, tee times, tournaments, events, and club activities. Assist with checking members and guests in for tee times and golf events. Maintain accurate tee sheet information and assist with daily tee time management. Assist with tournament registration, scoring, and event preparation as directed. Communicate effectively with the Golf Professional Staff regarding member requests and concerns. Assist with daily opening and closing procedures as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional member service area. Assist with golf cart staging, preparation, and presentation as needed. Help coordinate member arrivals, guest check-in, and special events. Respond promptly and professionally to member questions, requests, and concerns. Assist with maintaining accurate records and paperwork related to daily golf operations. Support the Golf Operations team during tournaments, outings, member events, and special programs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional or Member Services Supervisor.
