Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a driven, people-first sales professional to join LA Fitness. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective members — connecting them to a community built around wellness and intentional living. This is a high-impact role with real earning potential and a clear path into leadership. Compensation $17/hour base pay Commission on every membership sold Bi-Weekly units bonus tied to volume What You'll Do Conduct local outreach to area businesses and employers to drive corporate membership interest Follow up with leads and prospective members via phone, text, and email — guiding them from inquiry to enrollment Generate new leads through referrals, events, and community engagement Upsell existing members into class bundles and add-on services Manage your sales pipeline and report weekly performance to club leadership Represent LA Fitness at local events and B2B outreach opportunities What We're Looking For Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person outreach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales funnel independently Genuine passion for health and wellness Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Growth Opportunity At LA Fitness, we don't just offer a job - we offer a career path.
