Job Description

"It's an experience, not just a studio." Here Hot Yoga + Strength is looking for a leader. This role is for people who genuinely love people. You are someone who enjoys taking on challenges, finding solutions, and creating exceptional experiences for others. If you're passionate about wellness, have customer service experience, and love helping people become the best version of themselves, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and check in members and guests Provide exceptional client experiences and build meaningful relationships with members Educate prospective members on our offerings and drive membership sales Assist with retail sales and studio promotions Oversee quality control standards throughout the studio Perform light cleaning and studio upkeep as needed Assist with day-to-day studio operations and help create an inviting, community-focused atmosphere
Attributes We're Looking For:
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills Customer service and sales experience Retail experience preferred Passion for health, fitness, music, and community (fitness experience is a plus, but not required) Experience using fitness studio software such as Arketa, Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Momence, or similar platforms is a plus Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys problem-solving
Pay & Benefits:
$20 per hour Part-time position Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred Complimentary and deeply discounted studio membership options for you and your immediate family
