As a Member Services Specialist at Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our membership base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members while assisting them with their financial needs.

Duties :

• Takes and reviews loan applications. Signs and disburses loans for members.
• Assists members with opening accounts, answering questions about products and services, and provide solutions to member financial issues and needs.
• Identifies opportunities to add value to membership relationships through providing additional products and services.
• Assures that member records and information are maintained and safeguarded per credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist tellers with technical issues and questions relating to credit union products and services.
• Engages in relationship management to enhance member satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of retail math principles.
• Proven track record in customer service and customer relationship management.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Skilled in relationship management practices.
• Background in financial services is advantageous.
• Must be open to becoming a Public Notary (State of Ohio).

Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and obtain a Mortgage Originator number (MLO).
