Summary :

The Highland County YMCA is seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Membership Experience staff member. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience at our facility. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service. Assist with membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals both in person and over the phone. Maintain accurate member records and process payments as needed. Provide information about YMCA programs, services, and facility amenities. Support the membership team with administrative tasks and daily operations. Ensure the front desk and membership areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Address member concerns or direct them to appropriate staff for resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere consistent with YMCA values. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or membership experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with basic computer applications and membership software.
