Front Desk Attendant Warrenton, OR 97146 From $18 an hour - Part-time From $18 an hour - Part-time We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Fitness 1440. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. Must be available evenings and weekends, when applying please include availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude Assist with member check-ins and ensure proper account status Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships, services, and class schedules Provide excellent customer service by addressing member concerns, questions, and feedback Manage member accounts , including processing payments and updating information Promote gym services and products , including memberships, personal training packages, and merchandise Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, and gym floor Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately for memberships, merchandise, and other purchases Support gym operations , including maintaining a clean and safe environment in common areas Assist in scheduling appointments for services like personal training or group classes Enforce gym policies and guidelines , ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all members
