Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, personable, and proactive Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fitness, customer service, and being part of a tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective members Give tours and assist with new member sign-ups Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional club environment Support membership sales and retention efforts Assist with basic administrative tasks and member account needs Be a visible, friendly presence on the floor—building relationships with members Support coaching staff and overall club operations

Schedule:

Flexible - weekday and evenings available Some weekend availability required

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Positive, professional attitude Self-starter who takes initiative without constant supervision Interest in health, fitness, or coaching (preferred but not required) Sales or customer service experience
