Job Description
AAA Mid States is seeking a customer service-oriented individual for a full-time Member Service position working in our State College, PA office. This position is ideal for the candidate interested in working in a team environment interfacing with our Auto Club members. Responsibilities/Duties Fulfilling member requests related to planning road trips, books, maps and Notary services Servicing the needs of the member and providing added value by cross selling or advising of other services that are available to the member Make hotel, car and air reservations for members Cashiering duties including the balancing of cash drawer Additional member service functions as necessary One day every 3 weeks will be worked in the Lock Haven Office Required Skills & Experience 1 year in a customer service position Ability to cross sell products The ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks/assignments on a daily basis High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required Ability to pass criminal background check for obtaining notary What AAA Mid States Offers Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, 401(k) with Employer Contribution, and more AAA Mid States is an
