Job Description
Job Summary The Member Services Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members. This position involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, assist with financial transactions, and promote our financial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and the ability to work with our members on any level. Must maintain a positive attitude at all times. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist members with their financial needs. Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate cash management practices. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience. Opening new accounts and assisting the new member with our online services. Skills Must show written and verbal communication skills. Must have time-management skills. Must have organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Strong cash management skills, including experience with cash registers and basic math proficiency. Must be able to work with the public. Must be dependable. Shows a positive and energetic attitude at work. This role is essential in ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service while supporting their financial needs.
