This is not a traditional hourly position. This is an independent, commission-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and creating their own opportunities. There are no set hours or required weekly shifts. How much you work is up to you - and your earning potential is directly tied to the memberships you sell.

What You'll Be Selling:

We are a pet supply boutique attached to a dog-friendly community lounge, created to give Pittsburgh dog owners a comfortable place to relax, socialize, work, attend events and spend time with their dogs.

Your primary goal is simple:

introduce new people to the space and turn interested dog owners into annual members.

Compensation:

This opportunity is 100% commission-based. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed compensation. You'll earn commission for every annual membership you sell as well as monthly bonus opportunities

Who We're Looking For:

You do not need traditional sales experience. We're much more interested in finding someone who is personable, motivated and comfortable talking to people. You may be a great fit if you: Love dogs and enjoy connecting with other dog owners Are naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations Have experience in sales, hospitality, events, community outreach, social media or customer service Are comfortable asking for the sale Are self-motivated and don't need someone managing your schedule Enjoy networking and meeting new people Have connections within Pittsburgh's dog, apartment, hospitality or small-business communities Want flexible additional income where your earning potential is tied directly to your results

Your Schedule:

There isn't one. This is an independent contractor opportunity. There are no traditional scheduled shifts or required weekly hours. You decide when and how much you work. Interested?
