This role is focused on driving ultra-luxury, high-end membership sales, accelerating revenue growth, and building a high-performance sales organization within a fast-paced, luxury-oriented environment. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and leading a best-in-class sales team dedicated to premium membership acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution and deliver an exceptional client experience tailored to an ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth Lead ultra-luxury, high-end membership sales, including pipeline development, deal management, and conversion Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs, targets, and performance standards Own the full sales funnel, from lead qualification through closing and post-sale relationship management Drive member acquisition, retention, and upselling strategies to maximize lifetime value Establish and optimize sales processes, systems, and CRM usage to improve efficiency and conversion rates Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Events, IT, Operations) to support sales objectives and client experience Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, continuously optimizing for revenue growth Manage sales budgets and identify strategic opportunities to expand revenue channels Mentor and develop sales team members to ensure consistent high performance Experience Proven experience in sales leadership within ultra-luxury or high-end markets (e.g., luxury hospitality, private clubs, premium memberships) Strong track record in high-ticket, ultra-luxury membership or service sales Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams Deep understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and performance tracking Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities What We're Looking For A proactive, results-oriented leader with a strong sales-driven mindset Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills High level of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking Passion for ultra-luxury experiences, events, travel, and high-net-worth clientele Work Setup & Benefits
