If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a small, long-standing tele-fundraising office in Tempe, dedicated to supporting local charities. We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and help us make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls (250-300 per 6-hour shift) to potential donors (leads provided). Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate the mission of local charities and solicit donations. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while being assertive and persuasive. Meet or exceed fundraising targets consistently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling, canvassing, or sales is preferred. Exceptional attitude and willingness to learn will be considered in lieu of direct experience. Ability to work 28-30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Training lasts approx 3-4 weeks in the evenings ( M-Th 4pm-8pm, Every Other Sat 9am-1pm) Comfortable working in a casual, small office environment. Must be coachable and able to adapt to feedback. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Assertive, bold, and charismatic personality.
