Corpus Christi Community Center Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Member Services Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our organization, providing exceptional customer support and client services that foster positive relationships and enhance member satisfaction. Your energetic approach, combined with your strong communication skills and technical proficiency, will help ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all members. Responsibilities Fulfills duties that live up to our mission statement: The Corpus Christi Community Center is about "Providing accessible programs that support the health, growth, and well-being to all individuals, and families." Holds ensuring customer satification and service to a high standard Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone and in-person interactions Assist with training, onboarding, and supervision of member services staff Manage member inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity, providing accurate information and solutions Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining precise records of member details, transactions, and interactions using Microsoft Office tools Support sales initiatives by promoting services, memberships, or programs aligned with organizational goals Handle cash transactions accurately during member check-ins or payments, adhering to proper cash handling procedures Coordinate outbound calling campaigns to follow up with members or promote upcoming events and offerings Troubleshoot customer service issues promptly by analyzing concerns and offering effective resolutions to enhance member satisfaction Assists in ensuring proper implementation of welcome center procedures and communicating changes to staff. Daily tasks typically include handling questions, program registrations, information requests helping to process membership applications, renewals, and terminations, maintaining and updating membership records and assisting with member communication activities. Educates members and new employees regarding how the CCCC is a non-profit, charitable organization and integrates that information on every tour given. Assists in the onboarding of new membership staff. Participates in fundraising campaign. Participates in staff meetings and/or related meetings. Executes other duties and responsibilities as required by supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree or college coursework in education, business, communications, or a related field is a plus. Previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred. Excellent computer skills and experience with standard business software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to relate effectively and compassionately to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Strong project management skills; ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment. Outstanding communicator with a talent for building strong relationships between members and the organization. Professional, approachable, consistent and reliable. Ability to generate and implement creative ideas. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse members and clients Strong sales skills to promote services confidently and achieve organizational goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data management and communication Excellent English language skills; bilingual capabilities further enhance client engagement Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or similar environment Exceptional phone etiquette combined with clear verbal communication skills for outbound and inbound calls Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot customer issues with problem-solving skills and professional demeanor Technical proficiency with computer systems, typing speed, and data entry accuracy Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and securely Analysis skills to interpret data trends and improve service delivery Join us as a Member Services Coordinator where your energy, communication prowess, and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our members.
