Job Description
Job Overview Taylor Fitness is hiring friendly, reliable team members to support front desk, member experience, and gym operations. This is entry-level — no certification required — but a strong work ethic and great attitude are essential. You'll help gym members, keep the space welcoming, and support smooth daily operations. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day): Greet members and provide outstanding customer service Check members in and answer basic questions Keep the gym clean, safe, and organized throughout the day Light cleaning, restocking, trash removal, and facility care Help enforce gym rules professionally and respectfully Support member visits and make people feel welcome Assist manager and team with tasks as needed This role is ideal for reliable, self-starting individuals who like people and enjoy a structured environment. What We're Looking For (Who Fits Well): Friendly, punctual, and service-oriented Comfortable communicating clearly with members Able to work evenings and weekends (some shifts required) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Responsible, trustworthy, and team-focused Previous gym experience is helpful but not required.
