The Opportunity We are hiring a Community Sales Representative to promote Clerri, our in-house dental membership plan, to small businesses across Dallas. This is a face-to-face outreach role, not a call center position. You'll visit local businesses, build real relationships, and help owners provide their employees with access to affordable dental care. If you're outgoing, confident, and enjoy meeting new people daily, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while growing your sales skills. What You'll Do Visit local businesses daily on pre-planned routes (restaurants, shops, service businesses, etc.) Introduce and explain our dental membership plan to business owners Build trust through genuine, professional conversations Generate qualified leads and secure follow-ups Close enrollments on the spot when possible Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy Track daily activity and results Schedule Tuesday- Friday 9:00 AM
