With instructor-led classes, virtual instruction, and our unique on-demand reformer room, we're creating a community where members feel supported, challenged, and inspired. With studios in Cedar Park, Leander, and Georgetown, we're continuing to grow and are looking for outstanding people to grow with us. Job Summary We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people. If you're outgoing, organized, confident, and naturally make others feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. This isn't just a front desk job—it's an opportunity to help create the experience our members remember every time they walk through our doors. As a Front Desk & Member Experience Associate, you'll greet members and guests, support daily studio operations, answer questions, guide membership conversations, follow up with prospective members, and help keep the studio running smoothly. You'll receive training and support, but we're looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, take initiative, and always look for ways to create an exceptional member experience. What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Member Experience Welcome every member and guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality Learn members' names and build lasting relationships Support first-time guests and help them feel comfortable and excited about their visit Assist with check-ins, questions, and on-demand room setup Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences Support Membership Growth Guide prospective members through our introductory offers and membership options in a friendly, consultative way Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Accurately document member and lead interactions Share observations and feedback that help improve the member experience Support Studio Operations Answer phones, emails, and member questions Assist with scheduling, account updates, and troubleshooting Help with cleaning, restocking, and keeping the studio looking its best Pitch in wherever needed to support the team Support Our Community Capture authentic photos and videos that showcase the energy of the studio Assist with occasional community events and local marketing efforts Help us continue building the welcoming community that makes

Candidates with broader availability are strongly preferred.
Bonus:
While not required, we'd especially love to meet candidates who are interested in picking up shifts at our Cedar Park, Leander, and Georgetown studios as needed.
