Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, helping families, and guiding new members through our programs. You do NOT need martial arts experience. Your main responsibility is helping families, supporting current members, and introducing new families to our programs. The right person will be organized, honest, positive, and comfortable speaking with people about memberships and program options.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service Greet students and parents warmly when they arrive. Help families with questions about classes, schedules, and memberships. Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment. Listen to member feedback and address concerns professionally. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records. Member Support Follow up with members regarding overdue payments or account questions. Help families understand their membership and program options. Communicate member feedback or concerns to instructors when appropriate. Sales & New Member Enrollment Speak with families who come in for a free introductory class. Explain our programs and membership options clearly and confidently. Help new families choose the program that best fits their needs. Guide families through the enrollment process. You will not be teaching martial arts — your focus will be customer experience, communication, and program enrollment.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with parents and students. Honest, responsible, and trustworthy. Organized with attention to detail. Comfortable discussing memberships and payments. Experience in customer service, front desk work, sales, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.Job Details:
