Membership Advisor Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Membership Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and current members, promote membership options, build relationships, and help drive business growth. Responsibilities Generate leads and increase membership sales through outreach and follow-up Conduct tours and presentations to promote membership benefits Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective members Upsell additional services and membership packages Track leads, sales, and member interactions in CRM/software systems Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and sales activity Support marketing and business development efforts Requirements Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with lead generation, outreach, and follow-up Organized with ability to manage multiple prospects/accounts Experience using CRM/software systems is a plus Motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented mindset Join our team and help us create an outstanding member experience while growing our fitness community!

Pay:
