As a Member Service Representative (MSR) , you'll play a critical frontline role supporting members with their financial needs while creating positive, lasting relationships. This is more than a teller role, it's an opportunity to be a trusted resource, problem-solver, and advocate for our members' financial well-being. What You'll Do Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service during every interaction Resolve inquiries and concerns with confidence and professionalism Build trusted relationships by identifying and responding to member needs Educate members on products, services, and digital tools Handle Transactions & Account Services Accurately process teller transactions and balance cash daily Open and maintain deposit accounts and IRAs Support consumer loan origination (excluding home equity) Perform account maintenance and documentation with precision Support Growth & Referrals Identify opportunities to recommend beneficial products and services Engage in needs-based conversations that support member goals Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service and referrals Ensure Operational Excellence Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg CC) Protect sensitive member information and support fraud prevention Maintain audit-ready work habits and high accuracy standards Be a Team Player Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to support daily operations Stay flexible and responsive to branch needs and peak times Share insights and best practices to help the team succeed What You Bring Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of teller or member service experience Credit union or retail banking experience preferred Skills & Strengths Strong knowledge of financial products and services Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy and accountability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools Why You'll Love Working Here Meaningful work helping members achieve financial success Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities to grow your skills and career A culture that values service, integrity, and excellence Ready to Apply?
