Job Description
Position Summary Titan Gym is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the face of our gym. As the first and last point of contact for members and guests, you will create a welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. Front Desk Associates are responsible for member check-ins, account management, sales support, facility cleanliness, and ensuring every member has a positive experience. As a faith-based, family-owned gym, we are looking for team members who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others. Key Responsibilities Member Services Greet every member and guest with a positive, welcoming attitude. Check members into the gym using the membership management system. Answer phones and member inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist members with account updates, billing questions, and membership information. Resolve member concerns or escalate issues to management when appropriate. Sales & Membership Support Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members. Explain membership options, promotions, and personal training services. Assist with membership enrollments, renewals, and cancellations Facility Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness throughout the gym. Restock supplies including towels, sanitizer stations, and retail merchandise. Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly. Preform duties and responsibilities associated with opening and/or closing the facility. Administrative Duties Process membership agreements and payments accurately. Maintain confidential member information. Complete opening and closing procedures. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry experience is a plus. Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, and basic office software. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Must obtain a Food Manager Certification within 30 days of hire.
