We're building a team that shares our passion for an exceptional member experience from the very first interaction. Role overview As Welcome Desk Manager, you are the face of Lobb's Padel. You set the tone for every visit, greeting members, managing court reservations, driving membership sales, and helping coordinate club events. You thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and love being the go-to person. Responsibilities Welcome and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism Manage court reservations and schedules via our booking system (PlayByPoint) Present and sell memberships, packages, and services to prospective members Support the planning and coordination of club events and tournaments Handle incoming calls, emails, and member inquiries in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Collaborate closely with the club management team on daily operations What we're looking for Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Prior experience in hospitality, sports, fitness, or customer service Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine love for people Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with booking software and basic computer tools Passion for padel, tennis, or sports in general is a big plus Availability on weekends and/or evenings Position details
