In this role, you'll represent SettledIn Concierge Services by building relationships with apartment communities, senior living communities, local businesses, and residents while helping individuals connect with essential home services. This is an Independent Contractor (1099), commission-based opportunity with warm leads, comprehensive training, and ongoing support provided. Unlike many traditional sales positions, you'll primarily work through community partnerships, resident events, educational outreach, referrals, and warm leads rather than cold calling. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with apartment communities, senior living communities, real estate professionals, and local businesses. Attend community events, resident activities, health fairs, and outreach programs. Follow up with warm leads and customer referrals. Educate prospective clients about SettledIn Concierge Services and available home service solutions. Assist customers with selecting services that best meet their needs. Schedule appointments and consultations. Generate referrals through community partnerships. Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes. Coordinate with our Inside Sales Coordinator and Operations Team. Represent SettledIn Concierge Services professionally within the community. Participate in ongoing product knowledge, sales, and professional development training. Services You'll Represent You'll help connect residents and homeowners with trusted services including: Internet Television Electricity Homeowners & Renters Insurance Referrals Home Warranty Services Smart Home & Security Solutions Community Resource Navigation Moving Concierge Services Preferred Qualifications Customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable networking and building relationships. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
