Member Services & Sales Associate Treehouse Athletic Club is looking for a high-energy, reliable and genuinely kind individual to join our front-line team. The Opportunity Schedule:

Part-time (10-20 hours per week).

You will be responsible for:

Driving Growth:

Identifying prospective members, conducting tours that highlight our unique value, and successfully closing new memberships.

Relationship Building:

Greeting every member by name and fostering an atmosphere of warmth and belonging.

Inbound/Outbound Outreach:

Following up on leads via phone and email with a persistent yet friendly approach.

Club Ambassadorship:

Staying expert-level on our classes, amenities, and programs to effectively "sell" the full Treehouse experience.

You are outgoing, empathetic, and can strike up a conversation with anyone.

Sales-Driven:

You aren't afraid of the word "no." You enjoy the challenge of meeting sales targets and helping people commit to their health.

Reliable:

You show up on time, take ownership of your shifts, and communicate effectively with the team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales (retail, gym, or hospitality) is highly preferred.
