Job Description
Padel Den is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Front Desk Team Member to be the welcoming face of Utah County's premier indoor padel club. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building community through sports and hospitality. You'll play a key role in daily club operations while helping introduce new players to one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Check players in for court reservations, open plays, leagues, clinics, and events. Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries regarding memberships, bookings, and club offerings. Assist new players with court reservations, membership information, and basic padel education. Manage reservations and member accounts through our club management software. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lounge area. Support retail sales of rackets, apparel, grips, balls, and other pro shop merchandise. Assist with event setup, member check-in, and community-building activities. Process payments, memberships, and daily transactions accurately. Monitor facility cleanliness and communicate maintenance or operational needs to management.
