Row House Old Town Alexandria is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven Membership Sales & Member Experience Representative to join our team! This is more than a front desk position. You'll be the face of our studio, helping people begin their fitness journey while building lasting relationships with our members. We'll teach you everything you need to know about rowing. We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, confidence, and a genuine passion for helping others. What You'll Do As a Membership Sales & Member Experience Representative, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every member and prospective member.

Your responsibilities include:

Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Give studio tours and introduce guests to the Row House experience Book and confirm Intro Classes Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails Convert prospects into happy, long-term members Build relationships with members and help improve retention Achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals Assist with community events, local partnerships, and studio marketing Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after every visit Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and is excited by the opportunity to help others improve their health and fitness.

Friendly, confident, and outgoing Passionate about fitness and healthy living Motivated by goals, commissions, and personal achievement Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads Positive, dependable, and professional Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A team player who enjoys contributing to a fun, supportive workplace Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales experience is preferred but not required Hospitality, retail, restaurant, customer service, or boutique fitness experience is a plus Comfortable learning new technology, including ClubReady software Proficient with computers and basic office software Fluent in English Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during scheduled shifts Schedule This is a part-time position.

Weekdays Morning:

5:15 AM•8:15

AM Midday:

11:30 AM•2:30

PM Evening:

5:15 PM•8:15 PM Weekends 7:30 AM•12:30 PM Applicants do not need to be available for every shift, but some flexibility is preferred.
