Member Services Associate YMCA of Greater Richmond - 2.5 Mechanicsville, VA Job Details Part-time From $14 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Greeting customers High school diploma or GED Computer skills Fitness customer service Phone call management Entry level Full Job Description The Atlee Station YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Services Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. This part time position starts at $14.00 per hour. DUTIES of a Member Services Associate Member services associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations. Must be able to work weekends and nights.
QUALIFICATIONS
of a Member Services Associate Member services associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
