FULL-TIME

Membership Sales & Marketing Representative's for our Lynnwood Highway 99 location. This position requires outstanding people skills as well the ability to influence in a positive manner. You will be prospecting outside the gym and business to business to bring in more members. In addition, our membership sales team greet and tour all prospective new members, helping them select the best membership option for their situation. Finally, all team members must meet daily phone call quotas to excite prospective members about joining the club. We are looking for motivated individuals that want to be rewarded for their effort. If you have confidence and the ability to communicate this is a good opportunity for you. Your compensation and advancement is tied directly to your performance. This job is fun and challenging as well can give you the ability to help people realize and reach their fitness goals which is very rewarding. Previous sales experience or Fitness Industry experience is a plus but not required. Looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about health and fitness.
