Job Description

The Bilingual Coordinator of Member Relations & Special Events is responsible for supporting initiatives to grow, retain, and engage Chamber members, with a primary focus on relationship management and CRM integration. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with members, enhancing member benefits, coordinating member relations, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among chamber members. While the position coordinates select signature events, including Poderosa and the Annual Member Meeting, its core focus is on member relations, data integrity, and continuous improvement of the member experience through effective CRM utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for member relations, providing timely communication. Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective members, focusing efforts on growing new members and supporting member retention Coordinate membership onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes Provide personalized support to members, addressing inquiries, questions, and concerns Support the implementation of a paid membership model that serves a wide range of business owners Drive the integration, optimization, and ongoing utilization of the Chamber's CRM platform to enhance member tracking, communications, and reporting Maintain membership databases (CRM) and ensure accurate records Analyze membership trends, reporting out member engagement data at the monthly Board of Directors meeting. Organize and coordinate monthly member networking events and ribbon cuttings, ensuring Board representation and awareness. Coordinate the annual membership meeting, the annual Poderosa event, and the annual Gala. Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to promote membership spotlights and member news. Assist in achieving annual membership growth and retention goals
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in customer relations, membership services, CRM administration, or related field Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Association Sphere, or similar), including data management and reporting Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Experience supporting events or member engagement initiatives preferred Reliable transportation as travel within the state of Wisconsin will be required from time to time.
Pay:
$68,000.00 per year
