Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver and Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience with route driving, loading and unloading cargo, inventory, and operating delivery vehicles. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. You will need to supply your own vehicle, either boxtruck or trailer/truck. Load and unload products using appropriate equipment. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Your day will likely start between 4-6am but end as soon as your deliveries are done giving the ideal candidate lots of time off in the afternoons if managed properly. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Manage warehouse deliveries, including inventory check-in, management and organization. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Delivery vehicle. (Boxtruck or truck/trailer - we have a temporary vehicle that can be used as well) Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform loading/unloading tasks as well as shelf merchandising. Experience in route driving or warehouse operations is advantageous.
