• The (USA) Associate Merchant supports category management by facilitating supplier negotiations, managing purchase orders, and resolving supplier-related issues to ensure accurate product setup across stores and online channels.

Utilizing data analysis and business insights, the Associate Merchant contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and category performance tracking. • What you'll do:
• + Support supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories and subcategories.

+ Assist merchants with resolving supplier issues and setting up new suppliers for stores and online channels.

+ Execute customer communication and education programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

+ Analyze sales data and track category performance to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

+ Develop and implement feature proposals and modular assortment strategies across stores and online platforms.

+ Maintain product page content accuracy and manage item setup decisions for ordering and eCommerce.

+ Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal partners to drive business solutions.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations to support category goals.

+ Strong skills in data analysis and business analysis to inform purchasing and assortment decisions.

+ Ability to manage product assortment and category strategy aligned with customer behavior and business objectives.

+ Proficiency in project management and communication to coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively.

+ Knowledge of e-commerce management and item setup processes to enhance omni-channel customer experience.
