As Senior Director of Merchandising, you'll lead and develop this team, building strong merchant talent and creating a culture of curiosity, accountability and bold thinking. You'll foster strong relationships across cross functional teams, suppliers and brands, bringing people together to unlock new ideas and opportunities. Together, the team stays close to the member and market, moves with speed and continually raises the bar for Women's Apparel at Sam's Club.

• What you'll do:
• + Develop and implement merchandising strategies based on member buying behaviors and industry trends to drive sales and enhance member value.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize assortment planning, item placement, and category management for cohesive member experiences. + Leverage data analysis and digital tools to anticipate market shifts, forecast demand, and mitigate risks impacting merchandise performance. + Lead supplier negotiations and partnerships to secure favorable terms and improve supply chain efficiency. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members to innovate and execute merchandising initiatives aligned with business goals.
