Job Description
Little Rock, AR The Design Liaison coordinates the flow of sample, color, fabric, art, and trim submits between the Design and Merchandising teams, assisting directly in the approval process. As a key member of the Women's Product Development team creating product for Dillard's exclusive brands, you will maintain workflow efficiency, track critical development milestones, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Location & Hours:
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Workflow & Communication:
Manage daily communication with vendors, review incoming submits, maintain tracking charts, organize files, and assist with meeting preparation.Vendor Follow-Through:
Conduct daily follow-ups with vendors to ensure the timely receipt of physical samples, color lab dips, fabric swatches, and artwork submits.Tracking & Documentation:
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive tracking documents, logs, and product development files.Logistics Support:
Handle the daily receiving, logging, sorting, and sending of packages and courier shipments.REQUIRED SKILLS
Color Vision:
Must pass a standard color hue vision test.Technical & Software Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).AI Capability:
Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance and contribute to the design and merchandising process.Time Management:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team and vendor interactions.Work Ethic:
