As a Merchandise Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining visually impactful jewelry and accessory displays, supporting inventory replenishment, and ensuring fixtures remain organized, stocked, and presentation-ready in high-traffic retail environments. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting. You'll help maintain brand standards across assigned locations while supporting seasonal transitions and ongoing merchandising needs. Responsibilities Merchandise and replenish Cool Jewels displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation Restock product as needed and monitor inventory levels to support sales during peak business periods Maintain fixture cleanliness, signage, and overall display standards within assigned retail locations Support seasonal set-ups, promotional displays, and new product launches Ensure all products are properly ticketed, barcode-ready, and displayed according to company standards Conduct inventory checks and communicate replenishment needs to management Assist with stock organization, backstock management, and display resets as needed Work collaboratively with location management and the Cool Jewels team to maintain merchandising standards Travel between assigned locations when required Qualifications & Experience Previous merchandising, retail support, stocking, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and visual presentation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in fast-paced retail and attraction environments during peak seasonal periods Ability to lift, stock, and move merchandise displays as needed Experience with inventory management and merchandising standards is a plus Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility preferred Why Join Us Become part of a growing team supporting exciting destination retail environments and seasonal events.
