This role focuses on ensuring an attractive, organized, and sales-ready presentation of plants and products by working closely with store associates and management, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing plant displays. Duties Work closely with store associates and store management to ensure the garden centers in your assigned stores are beautiful and ready for business every day Provide feedback and inventory updates to our internal teams Develop an ordering schedule that keeps our space filled with the proper number and variety of plants based on sales for account Keep display neat and organized Rotate plants to ensure our displays are always fresh and appealing Clear away non-saleable plants and condense displays to make room for fresh deliveries

Qualifications:

Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or horticulture preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with store teams. Comfortable lifting/moving plants and garden materials. Reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations if required.
