Type:

full-time We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join a fast-paced merchandising team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading retail brand while supporting the day-to-day movement of product samples. You'll play a key role in managing incoming samples, tracking inventory, supporting merchandising teams, and ensuring products are delivered to the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unbox, organize, and track incoming product samples. Perform quality checks to ensure samples match product information. Track sample inventory and maintain accurate records. Partner with merchandising teams to monitor sample arrivals and priorities. Coordinate sample routing, shipping, and logistics. Manage timelines and communicate updates across teams. Identify discrepancies and help resolve sample-related issues. Support ongoing improvements to sample processes and organization.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in retail, inventory, sample coordination, stockroom, or operations is a plus. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic computer skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
